| Initial Consultation (1-2 hours) this includes the consultation itself, analysis, first prescription & 2 monitorings via phone/skype |

| Follow-up Consultations (½-1 hour) this includes the consultation itself & analysis as to where from here which is not seldom the continuation of the first prescription |

| Skype/Phone monitoring or consultations for longer than 15 minutes (apart from those included in consultation fees) |

The consultations usually take place at my clinic in Bethlehem, Tauranga.
